Policy and Compliance: Ensuring HR policies and practices comply with relevant laws and regulations. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in HR management, preferably in the trading or financial industry. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
