We are hiring an experienced Marketing Manager to lead brand and growth initiatives, drive end-to-end campaigns, expand brand visibility, and deliver measurable results. You will build and lead a high-performing team, collaborate with stakeholders, and use data-driven strategies to accelerate sustainable business growth.
Requirements
Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, and offline channels Lead SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content initiatives to drive measurable growth Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to inform positioning and campaign strategies Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all products and communication channels Manage marketing budgets effectively and track campaign ROI Oversee content creation, media planning, advertising, partnerships, and promotional activities Define KPIs, monitor marketing performance, and provide actionable insights to guide business decisions Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team or collaborate with external agencies Prepare regular performance reports and recommend optimization and improvement plans Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (minimum Second Class Upper – 2:1) At least 5 years of proven marketing experience with measurable impact and results Strong proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email automation, and CRM tools Solid understanding of traditional marketing tactics including events, print media, and strategic partnerships Demonstrated ability to design and execute go-to-market strategies for both B2B and B2C products Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and project management abilities Outstanding communication and storytelling skills Experience in fast-paced startups or product-driven environments is an advantage
