Responsibilities: Maintain and optimize existing web applications built with React.js, Node.js, and C#/.NET Architect and develop responsive, high-performance frontend applications using React.js and modern JavaScript Build robust backend services using Node.js and C# with RESTful API design Undertake significant development work on our in-house systems, interpreting business needs and recommending the best technical approaches Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the entire technology stack Implement state management solutions and optimize frontend performance Ensure code quality through comprehensive testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices Stay up-to-date with industry trends in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and C# ecosystems Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to the project team

Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a focus on JavaScript technologies Advanced proficiency in React.js ecosystem (hooks, context API, Redux) Strong Node.js skills with experience building scalable backend services Solid C# development experience with .NET Core/.NET 5+ Experience with SQL databases (Microsoft SQL Server preferred) Deep understanding of frontend architecture patterns and state management Expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL Proficiency with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines Excellent communication and teamwork skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet project deadlines Nice to Have: Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and cloud services (VPS) Experience with SQL databases Understanding of microservices architecture Contributions to open-source projects
